  • The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, frozen foods) are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all labels and tags.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the following address:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
