- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, frozen foods) are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, provided you provide:

- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all labels and tags.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order on our website.
